igopaw app for iPhone and iPad

iGoPaw is a crowd sourced open data repository of global consumer products identified by their barcodes, as well as a platform for consumers to exchange their experiences and reviews on purchasing and using the products.

The app provides the following features:

- Barcode scanning for quick retrieval of data of a product.
- Full text search for a list of products matching search key words.
- Auto complete for searching brand names and names of brand owners.
- Cross reference of product data to detailed information on the brand of the product and the company owning the brand.
- List of products under a brand and brands under a company.
-Become a broadcaster and register for live cast sessions to promote or sell products to other users during live cast sessions.

The app allows users to view and edit the following information:

- Product

- Basic information including name, brand, brand owner, country of manufacturing etc.
- Up to 5 product images.
- Detailed description of the product.
- Links to related URLs on the product.
- Links to related URLs for online sales of the product.
- User reviews and user ratings of the product.

- Brand

- Basic information including name, name of the owner of the brand and country of residence of the brand owner.
- Up to 5 images related to the brand.
- Detailed description of the brand.
- Links to related URLs on the brand.
- Products under the brand.
- User reviews and user ratings of the product.

- Company

- Basic information including name and country of residence of the company.
- Up to 5 images related to the company.
- Detailed description of the company.
- Contact details of the company.
- Links to related URLs on the company.
- Brands under the company.
